SHRIMP CRAB DIP/SPREAD 
1 loaf (Wonder Sandwich) bread
1 med. onion, chopped fine
4 boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
2 sm. cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
2 sm. cans crab meat, rinsed, picked over and drained
3 c. real mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cooked Minute Rice (about 1 c. uncooked)

Stack about 4-5 slices of bread together and trim off crusts. Butter one side of each slice and dice up small. Put in large bowl and add diced onions and chopped eggs. Mix and store in refrigerator overnight. Next day, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with crackers.
