7 LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 c. canned whole kernel corn, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper (opt.)
1 lb. ground beef, do not fry
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
4 strips bacon, cut in half

Layer ingredients in order listed in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 15 to 30 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp.
