VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. box vanilla wafers, crumbled
7 oz. can coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add milk, cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts.

Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 325°F until done.

Use Cream Cheese Icing for layers and on top or cook in a tube pan.
