RED PEPPER JAM | |
12 red sweet bell peppers, ground (6-7 c. pulp & 3 c. juice) 6 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1 bottle Certo Place ground peppers, sugars and vinegar in large kettle and bring to full boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Add Certo. Stir and skim 5 minutes. Pour in hot jars. |
