CORN PUDDING CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 can cream corn
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick melted butter

Melt butter in oblong Pyrex dish. Combine rest of the ingredients and pour in dish of melted butter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
