POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hashbrowns
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put in large casserole dish. Top with 2 cups of corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be froze.
