POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Med. onion, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 9 by 13 pan (or other dish comparable in size). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put crushed corn flakes on top.
