OLD FASHIONED TEA CAKES | |
2 c. self-rising flour 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 2/3 c. butter Cream eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla. Gradually add flour. Pat out with hands or drop with spoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook in 400 degree oven. Cooking time depends on personal preference of hard or soft cookies. Check oven every 10 minutes. |
