AUNT EDNA'S PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. shortening 3/4 c. iced water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp. salt Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. With mixer or dough hooks, mix until all ingredients form large ball. Roll on floured board and place in pie pan. Makes 5 pie shells or 2 (9-inch) double crust pies. Pie dough can be stored in refrigerator or freezer. Fill with your favorite filling. |
