BEEF CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, minced
4 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can tomato juice
4 c. shredded cabbage

Brown meat - drain off fat and blot meat well in paper towel. Mix onion, tomato sauce and juice and add to hamburg. Make a bed of cabbage using half of total amount and cover with meat mixture. Repeat layer of cabbage and meat mixture until used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
