BEEF CABBAGE TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. soft crumbs

Brown meat. Add onion and celery; cook 5 minutes. Add tomato juice, salt and pepper; bring to boil. Layer cabbage and meat (2 layers each) top with soft crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 2 servings. 363 calories per serving.
