OVERNIGHT BUNS 
1/4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. dry yeast
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 1/2 c. flour (more or less)
Crisco

Into 1/4 cup warm water, add yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Make up dough at 6; work it down at 9; let raise until 10:30. Make buns. Press Crisco on buns. Put in greased pans and cover. Let raise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Put Crisco in the palm of your hands and rub on buns before baking.
