DOUBLE CHEESE CAULIFLOWER SOUP | |
1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into flowers 2 c. water 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (5 oz.) sharp cheese spread 1 (2 oz.) dried beef 1/2 c. potato flakes or buds Cook, covered, high 8 minutes the cauliflower and 1/2 cup water. Stir once. Remove. Do not drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered 10 to 12 minutes. Stir once. Add undrained cauliflower, cook 2 to 3 more minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
