SARAH'S SPINACH DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 5 green onions, chopped 1 env. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix 1 (8 oz.) can diced water chestnuts Thaw and thoroughly drain frozen spinach. Mix together all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. This dip tastes best if refrigerated for a minimum of 4 hours to let flavors blend. Serve with bread chunks, crackers or vegetables. Submitted by: Sarah |
