BOB'S SPINACH DIP | |
2 (10 oz. ea.) boxes chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 8 oz. can of sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped 1 env. dry vegetable soup mix (I use Knorr) 4 green onions, chopped Mix it all together, cover and chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving. Tip: Press or hand squeeze the spinach to remove as much of the water as you can. Submitted by: Bob Ferguson |
