CREAM CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream corn
1/2 c. minute rice
1 sm. jar pimento
2 scallions, green onions
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Sprinkle of paprika

Chop scallions and brown in melted butter in casserole dish. Stir in corn, rice, and pimentos. Add grated cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at medium heat for 20-30 minutes until cheese is lightly brown. Good hot or cold.
