CREAM CORN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper & nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. imitation sour cream
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/2 c. grated cheese

Melt butter and add onion. Stir constantly. When tender, sprinkle with flour and salt; stir. Remove from heat and add eggs, sour cream and corn. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
