ORANGE ROLLS 
Use a favorite dough recipe. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Combine:

3/4 c. sugar
Grated rind of 2 oranges

Spread dough with melted butter. Sprinkle sugar-orange mixture over surface. Roll up as for jelly roll - cut into 1 inch slices. Place cut side down on greased muffin tin. Cover and let rise about 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

GLAZE:

Mix:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. (or all) of the juice from 2 oranges
