ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 eggs 1 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (3 oz.) instant pudding vanilla 2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 c. cherries Combine eggs, oil, vanilla pudding and sugar. Blend. Add flour, baking powder and soda; mix well. Add nuts and cherries. Put in 5 small baking loaf tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown on top. Cool. Can be frozen and stored. |
