1/4 c. butter 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. flour Place butter in iron skillet and put in oven at 425 degrees. Put eggs in blender and whirl at high speed for 1 minute. Gradually add milk and flour, don't stop blender. Blend for 30 seconds more. Pour into skillet and bake 20-25 minutes or until puffy and well browned. Remove from oven. Center will fall. Fill with fruit or sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
