1 cube butter 6 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Melt 1 cube of butter in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, in a 425 degree oven. Blend rest of ingredients in a blender until mixed well. Pour into pan with melted butter - do not mix up. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes - it will rise - so make sure there is no rack right above it. Cut into squares and serve hot. Top with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, preserves or fresh fruit. Serves 6-8 people. |
