DUTCH BABIES WITH STRAWBERRIES 
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Dash salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
Confectioners' sugar
Vanilla yogurt
Nutmeg

1. Melt butter in pie plate in a 425 degree oven.

2. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Add the flour, salt and nutmeg. Mix well, leaving mixture a bit lumpy.

3. Remove pie plate from oven and pour the mixture into it. Bake 12-15 minutes. It will rise dramatically on the sides.

4. Remove from oven, slice in half, putting one-half on each of two serving plates.

5. Top with sliced strawberries. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Place a dollop of vanilla yogurt in center. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
