BRUNCH DUTCH BABY 
1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Put butter in 4 to 4 1/2 quart pan. Place at 350 degrees. Beat eggs in blender at high speed for 1 minute. Add milk and flour. Stir 30 seconds. Pour batter into butter; return pan to oven. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately. Top with confectioners sugar, syrup, jams, and/or fresh fruit. Makes 5 servings.
