DUTCH BABY PANCAKE 
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk

Put butter in large pan (Dutch oven) in hot (425 degree F) oven to melt. Meanwhile, beat eggs, then beat in flour and milk. Pour mixture into melted butter. Cook 20-25 minutes or until batter has risen up sides of pan and is golden brown. Cut in wedges and serve with confectioners sugar or preserves.
