DUTCH BABY PANCAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan in oven at 450 degrees. (Pan must be oven safe.) In a small bowl combine eggs, flour, milk and salt. Beat until mixture is smooth.

Pour mixture in butter coated pan, return to oven. Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake 10 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden. Remove. Add butter, sugar and lemon juice. Fold in and serve.
