3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in each of 2 (8") round cake pans. Mix in mixer the eggs, milk and flour. Pour half in each cake pan. Bake 20 minutes. Top with powdered sugar or fruit or syrup.
