DUTCH BABIES 
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar
Lemon

Melt butter in baking dish with tall sides. When melted coat sides and bottom. Beat eggs. Add flour, salt alternately with milk. Stir until smooth. Pour into dish, let cook 15-20 minutes, the sides will rise first and brown. When middle rises it's done. Squeeze lemon all over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
