DUTCH PANCAKES 
2 eggs for 1 to 1 1/2 qt. casserole
1/2 cup each flour and milk
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs for 1 1/2 to 2 qt. casserole
3/4 cup each flour and milk
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs for 2 to 2 1/2 qt. casserole
1 cup each flour and milk
1/3 cup butter
6 eggs for 2 1/2 to 3 qt. casserole
1 1/2 cup each flour and milk
1/2 cup butter 1/2 c.+

Note these directions are for 4 different size casseroles and will serve from 2 to 6. In blender beat eggs 1 minute. Add flour and milk while beating. Beat 30 seconds. Place butter (not butter) and heat until melted and hot in a 425 degree oven. You can use more butter if desired. Pour in batter and cook 20 minutes. Pour some lemon juice over top and cook 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

(I use more lemon juice and powdered sugar. Alvin likes them with syrup.)
