1 lb. ground beef, browned 4-5 potatoes, shredded 1-2 onions, chopped 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper butter Layer in slow cooker, ground beef, potatoes, onion, beans and cheese. Pour soup over top. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. |
