VERN'S SPICY POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. white potatoes (cut up and cooked)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
1 sm. jar pimento
1 tbsp. red pepper (ground)
1 1/2 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
6 eggs, boiled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, stirring thoroughly. Serve warm and chilled.
