JACKIE'S HOT AND SPICY POTATOES 
4-5 med. to lg. potatoes, quartered
Seasoned salt (your favorite brand)
Seasoned peppers (Lawry's Brand or your desired brand)
Accent
Onion powder
Dried parsley flakes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water

Place potatoes in a large Dutch oven pot in a single layer if possible. Sprinkle potatoes heavily with the dried seasonings listed. Please note the heavier the sprinkle the hotter and spicier the potatoes will be. Cut butter into 4 pieces and place in between potatoes. Cover the bottom of Dutch oven with water, use approximately 1/2 cup. Bring potatoes to boiling, then cook on low temperature. Let potatoes simmer until tender to the touch of a fork. Serves 4-6 people.
