SWEDISH SALAD 
1 c. French style green beans
1 can white shoe peg corn
1 can LeSueur English peas
1 sm. jar diced pimento
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. to med. purple onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Drain canned vegetables. Put all vegetables in large bowl. Mix and pour over vegetables:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (or less)

Make a day or two ahead of time. Keeps refrigerated several weeks.
