LOW CARB CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
3 - 4 Portobello mushrooms (cut in small pieces)
1 green pepper
1 onion
4 cans tomato sauce
1 can chili bean, drained and rinsed
chili powder
ground cumin
splenda

Brown ground beef with pepper and onions. Add in mushrooms. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer.
