FOOL - PROOF MERINGUE 
3 egg whites
Dash of salt
1 c. (half a 7 oz. jar) marshmallow creme

In medium bowl of electric mixer, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add marshmallow creme and beat until stiff peaks form. If using on pie, spread over pie filling and seal to edges of crust to prevent shrinkage. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool pie on rack. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Enough for one 9 inch pie topping.
