BIG MAMA'S POTATO SALAD 
5 med. potatoes
3 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of yellow prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Peel and boil potatoes until tender; cool and then cube. Add sliced eggs, relish, onions, and celery seed. Gently fold in Miracle Whip (a little more can be used if moister salad is desired). Combine sugar, vinegar and mustard. Fold into potatoes. Let set in refrigerator to chill before serving (overnight is best).
