NANCIE'S POTATO SALAD | |
5 lbs. new potatoes Hellmann's mayonnaise Onion powder and celery salt Salt and pepper Hard boiled eggs 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish In large pot boil new potatoes in water until soft to the fork. Cool until able to touch. Peel off skin and cube. Season with onion powder and celery salt, salt and pepper. Cool to room temperature, stirring lightly twice. Add hard boiled eggs and relish and mayonnaise. You may add your families favorite garnishes such as onion, celery, etc. |
