DAD'S BEST POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. new potatoes
1 med. onion, grated
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. salad mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Scrub and dice potatoes, leaving skin on. Boil in lightly salted water until tender. Drain and set aside to cool. In large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients. Add potatoes, toss, and refrigerate or serve.
