PORK CHOPS IN ORANGE JUICE 
Choose the number of pork chops needed. Salt and pepper and coat with flour. Heat oil or shortening in skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Place pork chops in baking dish, 9 x 13 inches. Dilute 1 can orange juice as directed on can. Pour enough orange juice over pork chops to cover them. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending how thick pork chops are.
