2/3 c. red cooking wine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 lb. stew beef, cubed
1 pkg. dried onion soup

Combine and cook 3 hours in Dutch oven. Or, put in crock pot on low, cook 5-8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or wide noodles.
