3 lbs. bite size stewing beef, uncooked
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
2 cans mushroom soup
2/3 c. burgundy wine
Kitchen Bouquet (to color)

Place uncooked beef in casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 3 hours at 325 degrees. Can add mushrooms and small onions at this time. Serves 6 to 8.
