BEEFY BURGUNDY 
1-1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 c. burgundy wine

Mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, mushrooms and burgundy wine. Add stewing beef. Bake in covered casserole dish in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2-2 hours or until beef is very tender. Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
