EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. cubed stew meat 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can mushroom soup 1 can burgundy wine 1 can mushrooms Mix all together, put in casserole and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Stir once or twice while baking. Serve over wide noodles (or rice, if preferred). This was a favorite of my son in college which he made to impress his friends. Really tasty and easy! |
