EASY BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. sirloin chunks (or stewing beef)
1/2 c. red cooking wine
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 lg. jar sm. white onions
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
12 oz. wide egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter

Brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 20-30 minutes.

Serve over cooked noodles. (You may add butter/parsley and toss with noodles to avoid their sticking together.)
