6 eggs, separated

Beat yolks good. Add:

2 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Gradually pour in:

1/2 gallon milk
One can of Milnot
2 tbsp. vanilla

Pour mixture into ice cream freezer. Beat egg whites and stir into mixture. Freeze. Makes 1 gallon.
