HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk, to fill a gallon freezer container to within 4 inches of top

Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer, then add other ingredients. Pour into container and freeze (by hand or electric) immediately according to freezer directions. After freezing, let set, packed in ice for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

VARIATIONS:

Fruit: Add 1 quart of any sweetened fruit to the recipe.

Maple Nut: Omit vanilla and add 2 teaspoons maple flavoring and 1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped.

Chocolate Chip: Basic recipe and add 1 (8 ounce) bar or chocolate candy, slivered.
