MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
1 lg. can refried beans
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
Sour cream
Salsa
Cheese, shredded
Black olives, sliced

Mix first 5 ingredients and put in bottom of square 8 x 8 inch pan. Top beans with sour cream, then salsa, then olives, then cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
