MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. picante sauce
1 recipe of guacamole
2 med. tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
8 oz. cheddar cheese
4 oz. black olives

In 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, spread refried beans. Mix sour and taco seasoning, then spread over layer of beans. Continue by layering remaining ingredients. Cheddar cheese should be grated.

This dish can be served cold or portions can be heated in the microwave for a hot (and wonderful) bean dip. Serve with tortilla chips - corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
