BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 whole chicken cut up (I use 4 breasts)
1 onion
2 ribs celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can corn
Butter beans (frozen or can)
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 sm. potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. ketchup
2-3 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2-3 tbsp. butter
2-3 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place chicken in pot - add enough water to cover. Add onion, celery, salt and pepper. Boil until chicken comes off bones.

Remove chicken to cool and add corn, butter beans, tomatoes, potatoes, ketchup and vinegar. Cook 2 hours until tender.

Remove chicken from bones, cut up and add to vegetables along with Worcestershire, Tabasco, marjoram and butter.
