BLENDER BREAKFASTS 
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. milk plus 2 tablespoons honey

Blend and serve. Yields 3 cups.

ANOTHER BLENDER BREAKFAST:

1 c. milk
1 c. orange juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. wheat germ
