CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. chicken cutlets
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. water
1/4 c. oil

Cut chicken cutlets into pieces. In large frying pan, fry cutlets. Then add soup, broccoli, soy sauce, and water. Mix all together. Heat until the broccoli is heated through. Serve on rice.
